There's always a fine line with moving water and exposure time to get the right effect, some are way too 'silky' and lose the overall impact, a sort of synthetic water in a natural environment, your Geroldsau Waterfall 3 is an example, the water creates a blur rather than seeing that it's water.
Or not enough exposure and it loses motion
If i was taking the photo, i may have gone for just slightlly less exposure on the falling water, but when taking into account the surface of the water where the fall hits, it actually works fine.
